How SOLE works

Buy authenticated sneakers and streetwear in four steps. Dense facts — no bid/ask market, no public sellers.

Buying flow

One seller (SOLE). You choose size and stock promise on the product page, pay once, then we authenticate before shipping.

  1. Select size

    Open a product, confirm brand, model, and style code, then pick an available size. Price, stock promise, and ETA on that size are the offer you checkout against.

  2. Pay with Midtrans

    Checkout locks the offer and creates a Midtrans payment attempt in IDR. Use only the methods shown for that attempt. If status is unclear, do not pay again — open the order and wait for confirmation or contact help.

  3. QC & authentication

    After payment is verified, the unit enters SOLE inspection. We check construction, labels/codes, packaging, and condition against the published checklist for that category. Fail cancels the order and refunds via the original payment rail.

  4. Ship to you

    Only QC-passed units are packed and handed to a carrier. Tracking appears on the order detail after pickup. Delivery ETA follows the promise you bought — Ready, Inbound, and Pre-order stay separate.

Authentication process

Authentication is a documented specialist review, not a third-party certificate we invent. Evidence stays with the order for support and disputes.

  1. Intake

    The unit is received into SOLE custody with order and SKU linkage. Ready stock is already warehouse-held; inbound and pre-order units arrive before customer dispatch.

  2. Inspect

    Specialists run the active checklist: materials, stitching, shape, labels/codes, packaging, and relevant smell/adhesive cues, compared to trusted references for that model.

  3. Decide

    Outcomes: pass and ship; conditional pass only with your consent; fail (counterfeit suspected or condition mismatch); or escalate when inconclusive. Failed units stay quarantined — they are not resold as authenticated.

  4. Evidence

    Photos, inspector identity, timestamp, method version, and notes are retained. Corrections add a new version with a reason; history is not overwritten. After delivery, authenticity concerns open from order detail within the shown window.
