Pre-order policy

These are the customer policies currently published for SOLE's Indonesia first-party store. They describe how this store operates. They are not a third-party authenticity certificate and they are not a substitute for later legal counsel sign-off.

Not Ready Stock

Pre-order is a different promise from Ready Stock and Inbound. Stock is procured after payment clears. It is not sitting in the Indonesia warehouse as available units.

Payment first

Pre-order procurement does not start until payment is verified. We do not treat an unpaid or unknown payment as a confirmed pre-order.

ETA and updates

Initial and revised ETAs appear on the order. If a date moves, we update the order rather than hide the delay. Peak or customs delay is shown as an operational update, not fake scarcity.

Cancellation

You can cancel while the order is still in a cancellable pre-order stage on the timeline. After supplier confirmation or international transit, cancellation is restricted as shown on that order.
