Privacy policy
These are the customer policies currently published for SOLE's Indonesia first-party store. They describe how this store operates. They are not a third-party authenticity certificate and they are not a substitute for later legal counsel sign-off.
What we collect
We collect account identity, delivery address, order and payment references, and operational evidence needed to fulfil, authenticate, refund, or support an order. We do not store raw card numbers or OTPs in SOLE systems.
How we use it
Data is used to process orders, ship, authenticate units, handle refunds/returns, prevent fraud, and contact you about your order. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share with
Payment data needed to charge or refund is sent to Midtrans (and to Xendit only if a new attempt is later routed there). Couriers receive name, phone, and address to deliver. We do not share data with public marketplace sellers because this store has none.
Retention
Order, payment, and authenticity records are kept as long as needed for fulfilment, refunds, disputes, and legal retention. You can ask [email protected] to review or update account data.
