Authenticity and inspection
These are the customer policies currently published for SOLE's Indonesia first-party store. They describe how this store operates. They are not a third-party authenticity certificate and they are not a substitute for later legal counsel sign-off.
What we promise
Every unit sold as Ready Stock is inspected by SOLE before it is offered as available. Fail outcomes quarantine the unit. We do not claim a Dewu listing, CSV row, or marketplace screenshot as an authenticity certificate.
What we check
Inbound QC uses a versioned checklist (box, size tag, stitching, insole stamp, condition). Findings and evidence stay with the unit. Inconclusive results require a second examiner.
If it fails
A failed unit is quarantined and cannot be sold. Counterfeit-suspected units cannot be released to sellable stock. The order is cancelled or remedied and funds return per the refund policy.
What this is not
Inspection is SOLE's operational QC. It is not a government certificate, not a StockX/KREAM/SASOM replica process, and not a guarantee of future resale value.
