Orders ship after authentication is complete. Shipping is quoted at checkout from your address and available carriers. Greater Jakarta may qualify for free shipping on a first order or orders above IDR 2,000,000 per active promos. Tracking appears on the order detail once the carrier picks up.

Every pair is inspected by SOLE specialists before dispatch. If an item fails verification, the order is cancelled and funds are returned per escrow policy. For concerns after delivery, open a dispute from the order detail within the window shown there.

Returns start from the order detail, not a standalone form. Eligibility, deadlines, and reasons appear there based on item condition and promise policy (ready, inbound, pre-order). If no return action is shown, contact us — we'll route you to a dispute or official channel.

Midtrans is SOLE's primary payment gateway. At checkout you pay in IDR using the methods enabled for that attempt. One payment attempt per checkout submit — if status is pending or unknown, do not create a second payment. Successful refunds return through the original Midtrans rail and never exceed the captured amount minus prior refunds. Card numbers, OTPs, and PINs are entered only on the payment page, never in chat.

We collect only what is needed to fulfil orders, inspect units, and support your account. We do not ask for OTPs, PINs, passwords, or full card numbers over chat. The privacy policy page is the published notice.
