Terms of service
These are the customer policies currently published for SOLE's Indonesia first-party store. They describe how this store operates. They are not a third-party authenticity certificate and they are not a substitute for later legal counsel sign-off.
Who we are
SOLE sells sneakers and streetwear as a single internal seller in Indonesia. There is no public seller marketplace, bid/ask, or seller payout on this site.
Orders
An order is a contract to buy a specific SKU, size, and fulfilment promise: Ready Stock, Inbound, or Pre-order. Those promises stay distinct for availability, ETA, and cancellation. Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) as whole rupiah, with no hidden fees at checkout.
Payment
Midtrans is the primary payment provider. Pay only on the checkout/payment page. Never send OTPs, PINs, passwords, or card numbers by chat or email. One payment attempt per checkout submit; if status is pending or unknown, wait — do not create a second attempt.
Cancellation
Cancellation depends on the promise and stage shown on the order. Ready Stock cannot be cancelled after it is packed for shipment. Inbound and Pre-order follow the stage rules on the order timeline. We do not fabricate scarcity or ETA to block a lawful cancellation.
Limits
SOLE's liability for a paid order is limited to refund or replacement of that order under the return and authenticity policies. We do not guarantee market value, resale profit, or future drops.
